Instant Passive Profits Review – Creating Your Website Template

In order to set up an online presence, you need a website that showcases your sales page, presents your offer and directs customers through your sales system. When creating your website template, you can choose to hire a minisite designer, or you can use free HTML templates and then just customize them yourself based on your niche market.
Check out the OSWD, a collection of over 20,000 free HTML based templates that you are free to use however you like ‐ http://www.oswd.org/

You want the theme to reflect your niche. For instance, an info product on wedding planning might havea border with wedding bells in it or interlocking rings. Some sites have the name of the product repeated all throughout the frame. Some are a plain color. What you want is for your sales letter to stand out in the middle of the Instant Passive Profits Review page.

Your site should have a header that represents your niche and your product. Make sure to also split test without the header because some tests have shown you will get more sales without one. It all depends on your market. Everything you do should be implemented with SEO in mind. SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. It means you want the search engine spiders to have an easy time on your site and not encounter any obstacles. This way, you’ll rank higher in the SERPs.

Spiders are just automatic crawlers that are sent out from the search engines to scan your instant passive profits review site and determine if and how it should be categorized (indexed) in their system. They’re often called ‘bots, robots, crawlers, and for Google ‐ Googlebots! If you have FrontPage, you can use that program to design your site. It’s an easy WYSIWYG editor, which means What You See Is What You Get. When you design something, it automatically creates the HTML code for you.

Tip: When you open FrontPage, if you click on HTML, it already has code loaded into it. It looks like this:

Remove everything, so you’re starting with a blank page. Now go back to the Normal view and start designing your site. The reason for this is FrontPage loads extra code in that you don’t want. If you hire a designer, chances are they won’t be using FrontPage at all, but you can use it to edit your page once they deliver the goods to you.

Never use JavaScript for your buttons or links. Spiders from search engines can’t read it which means if you have more than one page that you want indexed for the search engines, they won’t be able to follow the links. Use text links with keywords whenever possible. If your site has links, use keywords that you hyperlink so that Google will associate the site or page you’re pointing to with the keyword you linked it with.

Don’t copy content from Microsoft Word. Word processors can add unnecessary code to your instant passive profits review HTML, so if you write something in Word, copy it into Notepad first and then transfer it to your HTML editor. Use CSS to simplify updates to your site. CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets and they’re replacing or being used in conjunction with many header tags () because it allows you to update the design in one quick manoeuvre if you have multiple pages on the go.

Include a site map. You can create one for free at the http://www.xml‐sitemaps.com/ and once it’s done, go to Google and submit it so that they can monitor your site. You can do that within Google Webmaster Tools: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools Don’t use large graphics on your site. When your images are too big, it takes the average user too long to download and open the page.

Go to a free site analysis tool like www.netmechanic.com and evaluate the performance of your site. This tool will also resize your images for you. Fast loading pages sell products! While Google doesn’t rank sites solely based on keyword Meta tags anymore, you want to have three tags in place just to help index your site All you need to include are these tags:

Up to 60 Characters ‐ Your Title tag is what visitors will see when they open their browser and type in your domain. Example: “Your Product Title – Your Sub Title. Make sure you get one or two keywords in your title tag.

‐ Your
description tag can give Google and other search engines an idea of what to put for the snippet that shows
up in search engine results when it gives a description of your site.
‐ Your last Meta tag is
the keyword tag. You want to list the first 20‐50 prime keywords you have. Make sure if you hire anyone to build your site, that you check to see if these elements (no frames, no Java links, Meta tags included, etc.), are included in the instant passive profits review design.
